A quick healthy breakfast today 
PROTEAN to keep me full
2 X Hard boiled egg 
SPEED remember a minimum of 1/3 of the plate necessary for weight loss. 
1/3 Red pepper
1 X Breakfast tomato
2 X Chunky rounds of cucumber 
and of course a small handful of Spinach. 
Another Glass of water 


 

Served in a plain white china bowl
