I served the Spaghetti Bolognese with at least Four Speed Food's these were Carrots, Brocoli, Spinach, and Cauliflower. Preperation of the ingredients and cooking time was roughly thirty five minutes. Not bad considering this is a home cooked healthy option Meal.
